We offer free shipping on our loose leaf tea to the USA only.  All other products do have a shipping/handling charge. Harmening Haus ships via the USPS First Class on loose leaf tea and Priority on all other products. We have a minimum order of $8.00 if the order is under $8.00 we will charge a $3.50 handling fee.  We try to ship same day, but please allow 1 to 3 business day for shipping (checks must clear before shipping). 

We ship our tea in zip lock bags. Please transfer your tea to your favorite air tight container in order to maintain freshness.  If you have any questions please call us toll free at 800-644-3874 from 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 10am to 4pm central standard time.

If, for any reason, you are if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please let us know promptly. We allow up to five days for returns and do request you call us prior shipping your product back.
